Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4-8 weeks ahead for weekend events, especially during busy wedding and graduation seasons. That said, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Do you travel outside of Allen, TX?
Yes! We’re based in Allen and happily travel throughout the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area. Reach out with your location and we’ll let you know if a travel fee applies.
How much space do you need?
A 10×10 ft area near a standard power outlet is ideal. We’ll work with you ahead of time to make sure your venue has the right setup.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, a deposit secures your date and is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due before your event.
Can we customize the backdrop, props and photo template?
Absolutely, that’s half the fun. We’ll work with you on colors, props and a custom photo design or overlay that matches your event.
What if we want extra time on the day of the event?
No problem, extra hours are $75/hour and can usually be added on the spot, based on availability.
